There are a couple of different reasons for getting a “Invalid conference URL” notice when trying to join a Zoom conference with Mootup.
Your company has a custom Zoom domain
If the Zoom meetings in your company have a URL similar to
https://mycompanymeetings.com/j/123456 try https://mycompanymeetings.zoom.us/j/123456 or https://zoom.us/j/123456
and you are positive they are hosted on Zoom, you can still use Mootup, but it should be set up slightly differently in the LearnBrite platform. Please refer to https://learnbrite.com/academy/zoom-meetings-in-vr/ for instructions.
The given URL might be incorrect
No matter the input method, there’s always a chance that there was a typo, either due to typing the URL manually or because of an incomplete copy/paste.
You should double-check that the URL was transcribed without errors.
