What people ask first.
Will everyone cope with a 3D venue?
Yes. They join from a link in the browser, an AI guide greets them, and they can ask it to take them anywhere. The talking tools are the ones they know from video calls.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. Your venue exists after the first call, and we recommend opening the lobby one to two weeks before the event so people arrive comfortable.
Can we celebrate across time zones?
Yes. Run sessions for each region, with support available across time zones, and keep the venue open afterwards so people can visit when it suits them.
Can we use our own branding and swag?
Yes. Brand the venue with your colours and logo, and add branded avatar clothing such as shirts and caps as an extra.
How many people can attend?
Tens of thousands of people can be in one event at the same time. Standard plans include 1,000 at once, with more on request. Presenters and hosts are always visible to everyone.
